1. Agreement
By using Pressurewasher & Patio (https://pressurewasherandpatio.com) you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Iron Mako Media.
2. The site is information, not professional advice
Everything here is general information about pressure washers and exterior-cleaning equipment. It is not professional, structural, electrical or safety advice for your specific property, and it cannot be — we have not seen your house, your machine or your surfaces.
Always read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for your own machine and your own cleaning products, which take precedence over anything on this site. Where a manufacturer’s guidance and a page here disagree, follow the manufacturer.
3. Safety
Pressure washers can cause serious injury and serious property damage. High-pressure water can cut skin, drive debris at speed, damage siding, wood, paint, glazing and roofing, and create electrical and fall hazards. You are responsible for your own safety and for the condition of your property.
In particular: do not use a pressure washer from a ladder, do not use electrical equipment in standing water, wear eye protection, and treat any surface as damageable until you have tested an inconspicuous area. See the safety page and surfaces you should never pressure wash.
4. Accuracy, prices and availability
We take accuracy seriously — the sourcing rules are published on the editorial policy page — but we do not warrant that everything here is complete, current or error-free. Specifications change, products get discontinued and mistakes happen.
Prices and availability come from Amazon and change constantly. Every price here carries the date it was checked and may differ from the price at checkout. The retailer’s price at the moment of purchase is the only one that counts. If you find an error, email contact@pressurewasherandpatio.com and it will be corrected.
5. Affiliate links
This site earns commission from Amazon affiliate links. That relationship is disclosed on every commercial page and in full on the affiliate disclosure page. It does not change the price you pay, and it does not decide what gets recommended.
6. Third-party sites
Links to Amazon, manufacturer documentation and other third-party sites are provided for your convenience. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for their content or their practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Purchases are with the retailer, not with us
We do not sell anything. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the retailer. Shipping, returns, refunds, warranties and product defects are matters for that retailer and the manufacturer. We are not a party to the transaction and cannot resolve an order problem for you.
8. Content ownership
The text, scores, structure, layout and original images on this site are the property of Iron Mako Media and are protected by copyright. You may link to any page freely and quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not republish pages in whole or substantial part, or use the content to train a model you then sell, without written permission.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page changes when we do, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
